These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tek789 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at tek789.cam. This Agreement governs all use of the tek789 website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, promotions, and any associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using any part of the Services — including browsing the platform, creating an account, or placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the Services.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and tek789.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. These definitions apply throughout the entirety of this document and any associated policies.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the tek789 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Services.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Services voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not accessing the Services from any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the tek789 Platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close relative of a current employee of tek789 or its affiliated entities.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

tek789 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time, including during the KYC verification process. Failure to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of funds pending verification.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraud. tek789 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void all associated bets and withdrawals.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration and to promptly update your Account details should any information change. tek789 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — will be considered your responsibility unless you have promptly notified tek789 of unauthorised access. tek789 will never contact you to request your password under any circumstances.

4.4 KYC Verification

tek789 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months), and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may be suspended and withdrawal requests placed on hold.

All financial transactions on the tek789 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). tek789 accepts deposits via the following verified Malaysian payment methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB Bank.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction, unless otherwise specified in a promotion.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• tek789 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the selected payment method.
• tek789 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that is associated with fraudulent activity.
• Chargeback requests filed with your bank or payment provider may result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following terms and conditions. tek789 is committed to processing verified withdrawals promptly; however, certain conditions must be satisfied before funds are released.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder.
• All active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be fully completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• tek789 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal request.
• Processing times are estimated as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire within 15–60 minutes. These are target timelines and may vary.
• tek789 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits at its sole discretion, which may vary by VIP tier.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during peak processing times or public holidays may experience additional processing delays.

tek789 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms applicable to each individual promotion.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are awarded to eligible Players at the sole discretion of tek789.
• Each promotion is intended for one Player per household, IP address, and device.
• Bonus Funds are separate from Real Money Balances and must be tracked accordingly.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus Funds or associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• In the event of conflicting interpretations, tek789's determination of the applicable wagering calculation shall be final.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses through pattern betting, hedging strategies, arbitrage, or coordinated play intended to circumvent the spirit of promotional terms will have their Bonus Funds and related winnings voided. Repeat or severe abuse may result in permanent Account suspension.

All bets placed on the tek789 sportsbook and gaming products are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules and sportsbook market rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. tek789 cannot reverse a bet once it has been accepted and a confirmation reference has been issued.
• tek789 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on the basis of an obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, or irregular market conditions.
• In the event of a voided bet, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary by sport, event, game type, and Player account tier.
• tek789 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or suspend access to any betting market or game for any Player at its sole discretion.
• All sports results are determined by official event results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FA Malaysia, Premier League, UFC). Appeals on factual match outcomes are not accepted.
• In the event of a game disconnection during a live casino session, tek789's server records will be used to determine the outcome and any amounts owed to the Player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tek789 Platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false personal information, using fraudulent payment methods, or impersonating another person.
• Multi-accounting — registering or operating more than one Account, whether for personal use or to exploit bonuses.
• Collusion — coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, table game, or sports betting market.
• Automated betting — using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploitation of system errors — knowingly exploiting bugs, pricing errors, or platform malfunctions to generate illegitimate profits.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to process, transfer, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activities.
• Underage gambling — registering or permitting a minor to use the Platform or access any Services.
• Abusive conduct — directing threatening, abusive, or discriminatory language at tek789 staff or other Players via any support channel.

All content on the tek789 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of tek789 or its licensed third-party providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from tek789.

Unauthorised use of tek789's intellectual property may constitute infringement under applicable intellectual property laws and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tek789, its officers, directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from your use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to betting losses.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues that prevent access to the Platform or result in interrupted game sessions.
• Loss of data, including Account information, gaming history, or wallet balances, resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays or errors in the processing of deposits or withdrawals.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any nature, even if tek789 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

tek789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a stipulated timeframe.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• Voluntary self-exclusion requested by the Player under our Responsible Gambling policy.
• Receipt of a chargeback from the Player's payment provider.

Upon Account termination for cause, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be reviewed. Funds may be withheld pending investigation where fraud or misconduct is suspected. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting our Customer Support team.

• Self-Exclusion — voluntarily suspend or permanently close your Account for a defined cooling-off period.
• Account Cooling-Off — temporarily pause your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

For material changes that significantly affect Player rights or obligations, tek789 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via registered email or a prominent in-platform notification. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease use of the Services and may request Account closure by contacting Customer Support.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the general principles of law recognised in jurisdictions where online gaming is regulated.

In the event of any dispute between you and tek789 regarding these Terms or any transaction on the Platform, you agree to first contact our Customer Support team and allow a reasonable period of not less than 30 days for resolution through our internal complaints process before pursuing any other avenue.

tek789's decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes, bet settlements, or bonus eligibility determinations shall be final and binding, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
